She has a B.S. in Home Economics with an emphasis in Interior Design from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo. She also completed additional studies at the Paris-American Academy in Paris, France. In 2008–2009 she studied extensively with certified Image Master and color expert, Carla Mathis. She is an Allied member of the American Association of Interior Designers (ASID). Jayne is also part of the adjunct faculty pool at West Valley College in Saratoga. Jayne has collaborated on an extensive list of projects for Architectural firms in both Northern and Southern California. She collaborates frequently with the architectural firm Mayfield Architects.
