The client had recently furnished a new home in another development and planned to bring most of this with them but, needed help with a color scheme and finishes that suited this more Craftsman style home.

This was a new build after a fire on the original footprint of the house. The architect created a modern design but wanted it to relate to the mountain setting. All finishes (interior and exterior) and furnishings were part of the project.

Swedish Barn Home
A house fire destroyed the original home in 2009. The fastest way to rebuild was to design a home that fit on the exact footprint of the original house but, also to completely reconfigure the space within that footprint. Jayne was involved in every step of the design, finishing, furnishing and accessorizing of the Swedish Barn style home.

A Mountain Vacation Home
These clients wanted their new vacation home finished to be “move-in ready”. They wanted everything selected and installed so that they could move in with their suitcases and groceries. Jayne partnered with the architect to select all the finish materials and colors, for both the inside and out, down to the sheets on the beds.
